My name is Jennie Diana Rondel and I'm local and native to Redmond, Washington.

 

Creatively approaching problem solving by incorporating whole systems solutions and sustainable design is what I love to do in life and work. I do this by applying tremendous care and holistic design science - rooted in the observation of science-based natural systems (+ industry best-case and practices) - to each and every project. Designing for abundance and integrating stacked win's for multi impact is a passion of mine.  Helping others build a strong technology foundation to allow for smarter choices through transparent (genuine + earned) inbound interest, interactions, and improvement is so much fun for me. Combine that with empowering all internal stakeholders with the added tools in their experience creating belt to blossom and grow, progress and improve, and run on their own and I'm a real happy gal, loving what I do.

I crave solving problems, creating more efficient and effective uses of items and space, eliminating waste in all forms, challenging the status quo, leaving every space better than I found it, and doing all of this with an ethical heart and mind. My sweet mom (may she rest in peace) taught me to be courageous, lead with conviction, kindness, gratitude and love. My ultimate goal is to fix things that went wrong that I have power to help make right and for a better tomorrow.
